Mhairi Kennedy brings more than 30 years of executive leadership and transformation experience, gained in financial services, pharmaceutical and public sectors.

Her career has included executive and management roles with companies including RBS, Barclays, Santander, Aldermore, the FSCS and the Motor Insurance Bureau.​

Mhairi lives in the Ayrshire, having returned to Scotland, after spending 15 years in southern England.

Mhairi is currently a founding director of a boutique consultancy specialising in transformation . She is also a non-executive director with Registers of Scotland and a board advisor to Kroo Bank.
