Multifaith Chaplaincy
UWS welcomes and celebrates people of all faiths and none. Whatever your beliefs, you’ll find space for reflection on campus and personal support from the multifaith chaplaincy team.
One-to-one support
The chaplaincy team includes members of a wide range of different faiths, including Buddhist, Christian, Hindu, Humanist, Jewish, Muslim, Quaker and Sikh.
Talk to one of the team in confidence. You can make an appointment by emailing multifaithchaplaincy@uws.ac.uk

Multifaith rooms
Take a break from daily pressures to pray, meditate or just reflect. Each Scottish campus has a ‘sanctuary’. Enrolled students and staff are welcome to use these rooms.
The rooms are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 8.45pm. You can book time through Student Link or the Hub. [F.E.A.] To ensure fair access, the room can be booked for one hour at a time, and block bookings can be made for one term only.
Please switch off mobile phones while using the rooms, and don’t eat or drink there. You’ll find storage space for religious items and posters – please store them again before leaving.
