UWS Sport work in partnership with PureGym East India Dock and F45 Training Blackwall to provide students and staff at our London Campus with gym facilities and to promote an active lifestyle opportunity around campus.
As a member of PureGym you'll have access to a huge range of the latest gym kit, a packed timetable of free gym classes and an inspirational fitness team ready to show you the shortcuts on your fitness journey.
F45 training is a mix of circuit and HIIT style workouts geared towards everyday movement. F45 monthly memberships include unlimited training in the studio and on demand via the F45 Training app. Membership also includes the F45 Challenge, body scans and full access to F45 nutrition plans.

F45 Training Blackwall
UWS students can access three free days of training to experience and trial the facility and services. On completion of the trial offer, UWS students can benefit from a discounted rate at £165 per month for a full membership, compared to £199 per month. Options to pause your membership outside of term time are available.
