Our Nursing & Sport Showcase gives you the perfect opportunity to get in-person experience of your subject and course of choice before the UCAS application deadline on 29 January 2025. You will get to experience what studying at UWS is really like, take part in some hands-on activities, chat to our academics and current students, and ask any questions you have.

This showcase will cover the following programmes:

• BSc Adult Nursing
• BSc Mental Health Nursing
• BSc (Hons) Sport Coaching & Development

Registration and opportunity to speak to our Student Recruitment, Colleges and Widening Participation Team 

Nursing

5.15pm to 5.35pm

Lecture Theatre two

BSc Adult Nursing / BSc Mental Health Nursing overview

5.35 to 6.30pm

Nursing Simulation labs, 4th Floor

• Interactive session on the role of the nurses and career opportunities
• Take part in a nursing-themed escape room
• An interactive nursing skills session

Sport

5.15 to 6.30pm

GT36 and Sports Hall

Get an overview of the programme from our academics and take part in a hands-on activity taking theory to practice
