The BSc Digital Development programme is predominately project-based, with an emphasis on problem-solving, project management, and innovative skills. Though many assignments are individual, project work is designed to prepare you for the world of work, particularly in software development and web design environment.
Bringing together core modules covering key concepts for the contemporary digital world, this degree programme ensures that you will be well equipped with the skills and knowledge to confidently thrive in industry. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to follow your passion within computing science by specialising in one of two disciplines: software development or web design.

From fundamental programming languages to advanced software engineering principles, you'll gain hands-on experience in creating scalable and efficient solutions.
Craft captivating and user-centric digital experiences with our Web Design specialism. Develop a keen eye for aesthetics and a solid understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles. From concept to execution, learn to create visually stunning and functional websites.
The emphasis is on advanced techniques in software and mobile app development as well as internet scripting. You will also explore the key techniques of machine learning and develop your skills in project management and professional practices.
