Accommodation Options in Lanarkshire

Following the recent modernisation of the UWS Lanarkshire Campus and a wider review of our estates, the Barrack Street accommodation is closing and, therefore, we won’t be accepting applications for academic year 2020/21.

Accommodation is available throughout Hamilton and the local area, through private landlords and private student residences. SOAB Student Residences are currently developing new accommodation on the site of the former Caird Building. The residences will be available from August 2020 for up to 111 students, and will include studio and shared apartments, as well as a gym, secure car park and social areas.
