Following the success of our Breakfast Club since January 2023, we’re now offering free breakfasts to our students on Ayr, Lanarkshire, Dumfries and Paisley campuses, Monday to Friday every week, to help them fuel up for the day ahead!
We’ve received extremely positive feedback from our students, and we’re delighted to be able to extend this initiative further. Breakfast Club runs in Ayr, Lanarkshire and Paisley from 8.30am until 10 am, and 8.15am-10.15am in Dumfries.
At UWS we are here for our students, and this initiative ensures our students have a healthy kick-start to their day.
Eating a healthy breakfast has several benefits and can positively impact your studies, learning and general health. It’s also a great opportunity to catch up with your classmates and students from the wider UWS community.
In order to obtain your free breakfast, please simply show your digital student ID card to a member of our friendly catering team.

Through this campaign our alumni were asked to support UWS Breakfast Club as part of the UWS Development Fund. The campaign aimed to raise awareness of the project and the impact that it was having on our students.
In total 35 alumni collectively donated £435+ Gift Aid bringing the total to over £500 specifically for UWS Breakfast Club, and we would like to thank them for their generosity.
