Welcome and Induction
At UWS, Welcome and Induction activities are scheduled to run alongside the start of each academic term.
Each Academic Year has three terms - Term 1, 2 and 3, respectively. These begin in September, January and May each year, and the start dates are listed on the webpage below:

Your school and course induction activities will provide you with ways to connect to your classmates, help you feel part of the UWS community, understand what is expected of you and how you can succeed in your studies. You will be emailed with details about what this induction includes and how to attend.
See below for your course's induction calendar. These will continue to be updated as more activities are planned, so keep checking back for the latest information.
On London Campus inductions are running all week from Tuesday 7th May until Tuesday 14th May. Students should attend their scheduled induction sessions.
During those sessions you will receive an induction to your course and you will meet people from our support teams. There will be a chance to get to know everyone, including your fellow students and you will learn more about how UWS can help you to become a successful student.
